Looking Forward: Beahive’s Vision for 2026

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking time to reflect—and to dream bigger. This year, Beahive expanded our footprint into Cumberland County, and we are working to secure new grants to sustain programming, and continued to grow our Hive Creation projects that turn vacant properties into homes filled with life and laughter.

But 2026 holds even more promise. Our focus will be on completing the N. 3rd Street development, launching new financial literacy cohorts, and advancing our vision for The Hive Community—a mixed-use affordable housing complex that blends homeownership pathways with wraparound support services.
