In an ideal world, everyone would be able to afford a place to live and call their own. Unfortunately, we don't live in that world. That is why our organization exists.
We are Beahive Affordable Housing Outreach Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for affordable housing by making it attainable and sustainable for all.
Our Mission
Beahive Affordable Housing Outreach, Inc.’s mission is to ensure that individuals and families have access to safe, stable, and affordable housing by developing innovative pathways to obtain and maintain housing while providing wraparound support services that promote long-term self-sufficiency and stability through housing assistance, financial literacy, housing counseling, case management, workforce development, and community partnerships.
Our Vision
A community where every individual and family has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing, along with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve lasting independence and generational stability.
For the families who are falling behind on their rent or mortgage payments they may qualify for our rental assistance program or our foreclosure prevention program (Hive Saving Assistance).
We also provide rent-to-own housing for those who are ready to become homeowners but can't qualify for a traditional loan due to income or credit. We know how frustrating it can be when the bank tells you “no” because of a low credit score or income and your income is still too high for some governmental programs. Our rent to own program looks past the typical housing criteria making it more accessible for this underserved, overlooked, hard working population.
