Hive Creation is Beahive’s housing development initiative where we purchase, rehabilitate, and transform properties into affordable, high-quality homes. With the support of local and state grantors, we’re able to bring vacant or deteriorating properties back to life for the individuals and families who need them most.
This work is intentional and incremental—we move forward home by home, unit by unit, knowing that each project has the power to change a life, a block, and eventually, a neighborhood.
While we dream big—with plans to develop a multi-use affordable housing community in the future—we continue to make an impact now by creating and maintaining deeply affordable rentals.
