The Hive Creation program opens as properties become available and provide affordable housing options for rent or purchase. Availability will be posted on our website and social media pages. To qualify, applicants must meet income eligibility requirements and demonstrate a financial need for affordable housing. Each property may have specific criteria based on location, household size, and funding guidelines.
