Ashley Smith

Ashley is a dedicated community advocate, Network Manager, mother of two, and foster parent. She is the founder of Small Business Saturday HBG, a monthly market launched during the pandemic to uplift local entrepreneurs—especially Black and Brown-owned businesses. Since its start, the market has supported nearly 300 vendors.

Ashley serves as Interim Vice President of Beahive Affordable Housing Outreach and is a key leader in the Juneteenth HBG Collective, where she volunteers and chairs community initiatives. She’s also a contributor to the annual Juneteenth HBG Jubilee, continuing her mission to celebrate culture and create opportunities for others.
